How to

1. Open up your TownSq App  (If you are not on the TownSq app please email the below information to

2. Under Tools/Reservations 

3. Select Amenities

4. Select the Amenity you want to Reserve.

5. Select the open date you want.

6. Select the time. (Normally full day will be reserved)

7. Type what the event is for, how many people will be attending, the actual start and end time of the event, will alcohol be sold at the event.

8. Accept the Terms Of Usage.

9. Your request will be reviewed,  to verify that there is not a conflict with another event. Your request may have to be reviewed by the Recreational Facility Committee.

10. You will be notified with 24 hours of your acceptance.
